Dr. Nadia Afzal DMD

Dr. Nadia Afzal has been providing dental care to the Lehigh Valley area since 2008.  Raised in upstate New York, in the lake-side city of Plattsburgh, Dr. Afzal received her dental training from Temple University School of Dentistry.  Dr. Afzal, who appreciates the close-knit community of the Lehigh Valley so reminiscent of her childhood home, decided to settle here after meeting her husband, Shehzad Malik, who is a cardiologist with the Heart Care Group, PC.Dr. Afzal's goal is to provide customized treatment plans designed for each patient, emphasizing the practice of individualized dentistry. Dr. Afzal and her staff realize that each patient requires a unique approach to restore a beautiful and healthy smile.  Her vision extends beyond dentistry in also providing an environment and experience for her patients that is warm and comfortable.Dr. Afzal devotes a significant amount of time each year towards obtaining continuing education in order to receive the most up-to-date and highest quality dental care.  As a result, she is now considered a Dawson scholar after recently completing the core curriculum of the Dawson Academy.
